A DIALOGUE BETWEEN ARCHITECTURE AND NATURE
At Falcon Ridge, each residence is born from a clear desire: to blend architectural design with nature while magnifying it. Our architectural approach is rooted in the landscape, respecting its forms, textures and rhythms. We draw on local materials and timeless know-how to create homes that are durable, elegant and have a controlled ecological footprint.
Every detail has been thought through to extend the natural experience of the site: vast openings, noble materials,affordable high-end fittings - everything is designed to promote a subtle fusion between the indoor and outdoors, and offer each occupant a deep connection with the environment.
A SAFE HAVEN FOR FUTURE GENERATIONS
The project is rooted in a preserved territory, bordered by public land and a majestic nature reserve. We approached this ecological richness with humility and commitment, working hand in hand with our clients, Kathy Graham and Michael Quinn.
Their vision: to create an estate where refinement and respect for nature are one and the same. Inspired by their love of the site, they set out to develop it in a spirit of conservation: a strict community charter, responsible ecological practices, and a firm commitment to preserving water, landscapes and wildlife.
Sommet des Faucons is more than a real estate project: it's a legacy, designed to offer future generations a way of life that's luxurious, ethical and deeply rooted in the wild beauty of the area.
Community Chalet au Bord du Lac
ULTRA-FAST WORKING SPACE
Two rooms dedicated to teleworking and productivity, designed to encourage concentration and equipped with an ultra-fast Internet connection, away from the hustle and bustle of the rest of the group.
RELAXATION ROOM
A cosy lounge with a fireplace, perfect for reading a book, chatting with friends or enjoying a game of cards or board games.
GYM
A modern, fully-equipped fitness center designed to encourage an active lifestyle, accessible to all residents.
OUTDOOR KITCHEN
A functional and inviting space for preparing your meals in the open air, ideal after a day on the water or exploring.
STORAGE SPACE FOR EQUIPMENT
Each resident has a personal storage space for canoes and paddle boards in the heart of the activity center.
A MEETING PLACE
A common space designed to encourage exchanges and forge lasting links between neighbors sharing the same philosophy of life at Falcon Ridge.
A GREAT OPENING TO NATURE
Thanks to large, full-height windows, nature invites itself indoors, offering spectacular panoramic views and the opportunity to keep a watchful eye on the children while enjoying the surroundings.
